Final Fantasy XV is releasing on November 28 for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Final Fantasy XV review embargo will lift on November 28 at 7AM PT/10AM ET, according to the details shared by Twitter user MakuXV.
The development work on Final Fantasy XV was started back in 2006, at that time it was a PlayStation 3 exclusive game and a spin-off Final Fantasy Versus XIII. Tetsuya Nomura served as the original director and designer and was assign the task of creating the storyline and characters. In 2012, Square Enix decided to rebrand the game as the next big game in the franchise. Also, Nomura was replaced with Hajime Tabata.
