King Art Games, creators of The Book of Unwritten Tales series brought new screenshots and a gameplay trailer of The Dwarves. This Action RPG game is based on the novel of the same name, with a characteristic combat system that will allow us to face hordes of enemies using hundreds of tactics that exploit the physical environment.
The hordes will behave like herds and we can take advantage of collisions between characters to go decimating their group strength, whether damaging them or pushing them to precipices. Throughout the campaign, we will succeed gather up twelve companions who will use their special skills to in these challenging combats.
The final release of The Dwarves will shift slightly from Summer to Fall 2016. Reason number one is to be able to implement all community feedback, whilst reason number two is so that there is a simultaneous release on PC and consoles, digitally and in traditional retail worldwide.
Development on The Dwarves is mostly complete: all characters are ready, the story is done, the voice-acting is finished, the orchestra and the chorus have performed their art and Girdlegard, the game’s world, shines in all its splendor.
