BioWare senior development director Chris Wynn had announced his departure from BioWare Montreal and his work from Mass Effect : Andromeda. In a Tweet Chris Wynn announced that he is moving from BioWare and Mass Effect: Andromeda and returning to the USA. With the important role and game still in development is really shocking to see him leave especially not revealing any reasons for his departure.
It is with a heavy heart today to say that I am moving on from BioWare and Mass Effect: Andromeda, and returning to the USA.

Prior to joining BioWare Montreal Wynn worked as a producer at Epic games and Microsoft, helping to launch games like Gears of War 3 and Gears of War Judgement.
Mass Effect: Andromeda launches 2016 on PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
