During E3 2016, Ubisoft Montreal showcase a new trailer and two gameplay videos of the new iteration of the Watch Dogs series. Watch Dogs 2 will come to PC on November 15 and for Playstation 4 and Xbox One shortly after it. The French-Canadian publisher shared new images that you can see below.
Watch Dogs 2 is the result of over two years of intensive development by the original creative team responsible for the brand Watch Dogs. Players will enter a massive and dynamic environment open world located in the San Francisco Bay Area, a city that recently adopted CTS 2.0, an advanced operating system that controls the infrastructure of the city and that-fall into the wrong hands – it could be used to manipulate the daily lives of the citizens of malicious and intrusive manner.
Players will explore the place of origin of the technological revolution as Marcus Holloway, a brilliant young hacker who has fallen victim of predictive algorithms cts 2.0 being accused of a crime he didn’t commit. In the search for Marcus to disable cts 2.0 once and for all, skills as a hacker will be the perfect weapon to achieve the mission. Players aren’t only infiltrating the city infrastructure, but can also manipulate each person and connected to the network to trigger chains of unpredictable events device. With the ability to control the drones, cars, cranes, security robots and much more at your disposal, players can choose to use a stealthy hacking to complete their missions without killing any enemies or use a fiercer approach by frontal attacks. In this vast open world, players can make their way through traffic while engaging in breakneck street chases in the winding streets of San Francisco, through the roofs of the neighborhoods of Oakland and infiltrate the offices of the most iconic companies in the Silicon Valley.

In addition to the standard version of the game, there will be different versions of the game which are already available for pre-order:
- Deluxe Edition: Includes Deluxe game and pack of items to customize your character.
- Gold Edition: Includes the game, the Deluxe pack of digital personalization and Season Pass.
- Players can pre-order the Collector’s Edition – with the Standard Edition, Deluxe or Gold Watch Dogs 2 in the Uplay Shop and receive exclusive figure Wrench Junior Robot, an endearing and motorized partner controlled by an app available for smartphones and tablets.
